Only days after our fantastic piece in the Daily Mail about the body shapes that help to define women’s fitness, our very own Harriet set off for The Lakes with Tiffanie Darke, the editor of Sunday Times Style, Jemima Sissons from the Wall Street Journal and Lydia Bell from Conde Nast Traveller.
